Enriching the lives of special needs children and their families.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 1 in 88 children in the United States are being diagnosed with autism.

Let’s Soar Together’s mission is to build a supportive network within the special needs community of the western suburbs of Des Moines.

We strive to provide opportunities to enrich and empower the lives of special needs children and their families.

We hope to build a strong relationship with individuals, organizations, and businesses within the community to raise awareness and provide needed services for those with special needs.

Join us for the annual Let's Soar Together Holiday Event

We will have access to the gyms, the community area and the pool. There will be time for fun and fellowship with other families. Pizza and drinks provided. Please bring a snack to share.

Please note that you must respond with the number of people swimming if you plan to swim. An adult must be in the water with children under 9 years of age. This allows the YMCA to adequately staff the pool area.

RSVP by December 2nd to Jennifer Downs at 515-993-4596 ext.11231 or jdowns@heartlandaea.org
